From 3 Weeks of No Running… to Ironman World Championships in Nice

I'M GOING TO NICE. 😎 Things are finally looking a bit brighter... After three weeks of no running, the pain in my ankle is getting better, and I’ve started some adapted run sessions. I’m also spending time in a 5,000m altitude room to keep the engine running while putting less strain on my ankle. Two and a half weeks before the race — will it be a setback or a comeback? Let’s see where this road takes me. 🛣️🏃‍♂️
